Our Return Window

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the original purchase date as shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

Important
To be eligible for a return, your item must be full and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers are not eligible for a refund through Thalora Regen.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@thaloraregen.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  • Do not ship items back without first contacting us
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation with your return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost returns

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products listed as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased Thalora Regen through a retailer other than thaloraregen.com, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return and refund policies. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made outside our official store.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated excessive returns, or fraudulent activity. Thalora Regen retains sole discretion in determining refund eligibility.
