All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number where available.

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside of our control. Thalora Regen is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier assigned to your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Thalora Regen is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@thaloraregen.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Thalora Regen is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email us at info@thaloraregen.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at info@thaloraregen.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.
